1. Our commitment to customer-centric quality policies ensures that we prioritize not only meeting customer expectations for product quality but also achieving continuous improvement in quality, timeliness, and the effectiveness of our quality management systems.
2. When it comes to supplier collaboration, we have established dedicated teams and personnel to ensure our products meet environmental requirements from various countries and our customers. Our company have regulations in place, including the "Procurement and Outsourcing Management Procedures" and "Supplier Management Procedures." Furthermore, it is mandatory that suppliers of HSF products provide their HSF Test Report, Material Declaration, Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and HSF Substance Guarantee Certificate for their first submission. Besides, outsourced manufacturers are subject to on-site evaluations and inspection to ensure pollution-free processes. HSF product procurement is either sourced from customer-designated suppliers meeting HSF standards or potential suppliers that our customers identify as meeting their criteria. For the first batch of HSF product deliveries, suppliers must provide valid HSF Test Reports (from certified third-party organizations), MSDS or Material Declaration, and HSF Substance Guarantee Certificates. The products and their respective documents must remain valid; otherwise, products will be returned. Annual audits of supplier documentation are conducted to ensure compliance with the RoHS Directive, which prohibits the use of environmentally harmful substances. Furthermore, energy-saving designs (low power design) are integrated into our product development, ensuring our products align with global trends in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. All raw materials used in our production are free from environmentally hazardous substances, reflecting our commitment to environmental sustainability.
