EETI is mainly engaged in touch sensor IC design and development, which only involve manufacturing processes such as warehousing, product testing, packaging, and simple assembly. Therefore, the Company will not generate pollution problems such as wastewater, waste gas and noise. Our Company's primary total of waste comes from the disposal of "scrap materials."

The operational procedures for waste management are as follows :
Annually, we enter into contracts with manufacturer that hold waste disposal permits. These contracts outline the terms and conditions related to the handling of scrap materials and ensure that there is no indiscriminate disposal or environmental pollution. Additionally, the manufacturer is required to provide a guarantee. In the event of a breach of this guarantee leading to environmental fines and losses incurred by our Company, the responsible manufacturer will be held liable for compensation and waives any legal rights to defense.

1 Products must not contain environmentally hazardous substances. Regular, random HSF testing on standard finished products.
The Company's goal is to control incoming materials via raw material approvals, so as to meet the Company’s HSF requirements. Raw materials, parts, manufacturing processes, and other links in the production chain are regularly evaluated; products for random testing are sent to third-party inspectors for testing, to verify EU RoHS and REACH compliance.

4 Monitor system implementation effectiveness.
Establishing the Quality Assurance Department and Audit Team. Dedicated units manage the Company's overall quality and hazardous substances, and the implementation results thereof have been audited. Performing regular internal audits twice a year; conducting management review at least once a year.
5 Use only RoHS directive-compliant products.
Adopt lead-free tin in both maintenance and manufacturing processes. Lead-free tin is used in both maintenance and manufacturing processes. Fully adopt lead-free manufacturing processes, to maintain and ensure employee personal safety and health in product maintenance and manufacturing processes.

Scrapping/recycling is handled by a waste disposal company.。 Reporting the flow of industrial waste on a regular basis on the Environmental Protection Administration website; while materials are reported as scrapped, planning a location map of waste classifications to ensure employee personal safety and health.
9 ESD protection. Implement ESD protections. Electronic parts are sensitive components, and the human body requires measures to protect against static electricity. Implementing electrostatic protection in accordance with the ESD Protection Operational Instructions, to ensure employee personal safety and health.
10 Employee welfare measures. Help employees maintain physical and mental health. Established an Employee Welfare Committee, which organizes arts and cultural activities as well as employee snacks.
Many activities planned by the Employee Welfare Committee, helping employees relax physically and mentally outside of work, relieve the busy-ness and tension of work, and make life more fulfilling and comfortable.
11 Employee health plan. Assist employees in recording and tracking physical health indicators. Health checks are carried out for new recruits, special operators, and current employees in accordance with laws and regulations. Organizing regular employee health checks and medical consultations; providing blood pressure measuring devices are also provided, to help employees stay on top of their health statuses; holding health lectures, to provide employees with common knowledge on health care.
